Naaila Francis
Naaila has worked in the banking, finance and resource industries, and served in lead marketing and commercial positions at BHP and South32. A Chartered Accountant, she is additionally skilled in commodity sales with a focus on thermal & metallurgical coal and manganese. She has worked in trading, treasury, corporate finance and risk management positions, and has led projects in business process system design and change management. She served on the board of WIMAR (Singapore).

Dr Simon Sulivan
Simon has experience in a rare combination of commercial, operational, analytical, technological, and strategic roles. He served in senior positions at BHP and South32, and as chief commercial officer at a US-based integrated critical minerals and permanent magnet startup. He has extensive experience leading culturally, geographically and functionally diverse teams. He holds a MBA, PhD, BEng, and BSc. He also lectured at NTU (Singapore) on commodity markets & international trading.
